NorForge was founded in 2026 by the senior operators who built and ran the embedded technical practice of a Silicon Valley private equity firm. They led technical due diligence and engineering work across portfolio companies, developing a deep understanding of where security technology falls short — and where AI can close the gap.
The team built and ran security products, telecom-scale platforms, and national-scale infrastructure, with a pedigree spanning Symantec, NortonLifeLock and Blue Coat, and nation-state threat research cited in the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and Forbes.
NorForge is an independent, employee-owned company. It operates internationally, with a US parent company headquartered in Palo Alto and a European operating subsidiary.
NorForge is an active member of the Open Secure AI Alliance, The Linux Foundation, and the NVIDIA Inception program. We also sit on the board of directors at OSTERA.org.
